The demand for cosmetic surgery rebounded in 2010 according to a new report from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
After a decline in elective surgeries in 2009, statistics show a nine-percent increase in 2010 with more than 1.6-million procedures performed.
Women made up 92-percent of the total number of cosmetic surgeries with breast augmentation topping the list of most popular procedures.
The report lists injectable fillers like Botox as the number one non-surgical procedure performed in 2010 -- but there was a nine-percent decrease overall in minimally invasive procedures.
