Speaking on the occasion, Mr Balakrishna said grooming had become an essential part to make a success in career, business.

Earlier, only filmstars used to get cosmetic surgeries done, now with most Indians being able to afford, were going for these surgeries to enhance their looks. Filmstars used go to the US for these surgeries, but off late Indian doctors were performing equally good surgeries at a much lesser cost.
